FROZEN

In the kingdom of Arendelle, There lived two daughter named Elsa and Anna. They really lived happily as a family. Elsa had a magic to freeze anything she touched. One day, Elsa and Anna played snow in her room. Anna asked her to build a snowman. "Tadaa", said Elsa while creating a snowman. When they were playing a snow, suddenly Anna slipped. Elsa wanted to help her by her power. But Her magic pounded Anna's head. Then Anna fell down and was unconscious. So Elsa brought her to the king to meet the trolls. Anna still can be cure but unfortunately her memories about Elsa's magic will be removed.
Since that accident, the king locked the gates and limited Elsa to contact with fellow and keep Elsa's power hidden from everyone, including Anna. A few years later, his parents died. And the throne was given to Elsa. Anna was very happy. Because the gate was finally opened. They could meet people. At the night dancing party, Anna met with Hans, the prince of the southern isles. They danced together and suddenly Hans proposed Anna. Anna agreed, but she had to ask for approval of Elsa, the Queen. Anna said,"Your majesty, We would like to ask your blessing of our marriage". "Marriage?", Elsa asked her. "Sorry Anna, I don't agree". Then Elsa left Anna and Hans, but Anna tried to stop her and unintentionally opened Elsa's glove and Elsa accidentally showed her strength in front of her guests. Elsa frightened to harm the fellow. Then she decided to run Elsa who frightened left the palace and went to a mountain of ice. She lived alone there. Anna wanted to find Elsa. She asked Hans to take care of Arendelle.
In the middle of the trip, she met a handsome man, Kristoff and his deer. Having conversation for a while, Kristof agreed to accompany her to look for her sister. when they met Elsa, Anna asked her to unfreeze Arendelle. But Elsa could do it, then she expelled them, but suddenly her magic regarded Anna's heart.
Anna's hair turned white. Olaf told them only true love can heal it. Then Anna met Hans and told the matter, but hans was a bad guys, he ignored her and said that he would marry Elsa to control the kingdom and locked Anna in the room. Finally Kristof came back to save Anna, because he really loved her. In the other hand, hans told Elsa that Anna died because of Elsa's magic hurt her magic. Elsa felt so sad and suddenly a showstorm in Arendelle stopped. And Elsa saw Anna and hugged her. Hans was caught. Finally they lived happily in the Kingdom of Arendelle.

Determiner and Article

Determiner

A determiner is a word, phrase or affix that occurs together with a noun or noun phrase and serves to express the reference of that noun or noun phrase in the context. That is, a determiner may indicate whether the noun is referring to a definite or indefinite element of a class, to a closer or more distant element, to an element belonging to a specified person or thing, to a particular number or quantity, etc. Common kinds of determiners include definite and indefinite articles (like the English the and a or an), demonstratives (this and that), possessive determiners (my and their), and quantifiers (many, few and several).

Function: To declare the posisition or number of nouns.

Example:
  • Definite/Indefinite article : a, an, the

I bought a book yesterday. The book is borrowed by Merry today.

“a” pada a book adalah indefinite article karena saya belum pernah menyebutkan sebuah buku sebelumnya.
“the” pada “the book”  adalah definite article karena saya sudah menyebutkan buku pada kalimat pertama. “the book” dikalimat kedua mengkhususkan bahwa buku yang dipinjam Merry adalah buku yang saya beli kemarin.
  • Demonstrative: this, that, these, those (kata tunjuk)

That house is mine.

“that” pada house adalah kata yang menunjukan rumah saya disitu.
  • Possesive: my, your, his, her, its, our, their (kepemilikan)

He is waiting for my parents.

“my” pada parents adalah menyatakan orang tua saya.
  • Quantifiers: a few, a litte, much, many, a lot of, most, some, any (kata yang menujukkan jumlah)

I have much money.

“much” pada money menyatakan bahwa saya memiliki banyak uang.

 Article

An article  is a word (or prefix or suffix) that is used with a noun to indicate the type of reference being made by the noun. Articles specify grammatical definiteness of the noun, in some languages extending to volume or numerical scope.

Function: The English language uses three words as articles: “a” before indefinite singular nouns starting with a consonant sound, “an” before indefinite singular nouns starting with a vowel sound and “the” before definite nouns. The number of specific rules and exceptions regarding usage can frustrate students of English as a second language, but most uses of articles fall under a few fundamental rules.

Example:

He is looking for a job in Bali.

"a" pada job menyatakan bahwa pekerjaan yang dicari masih bersifat umum.

I saw a dog this morning. The dog was barking so loud.

"the" pada dog menyatakan bahwa anjing yang menggonggong itu adalah anjing yang saya lihat tadi pagi.
